Hello gaes it's been so long since I wrote my last post, so today I'm gonna post something, about What is the benefit you get from getting into an Organization?? so let's check it out.
I merely sharing what I really feel from getting into an organization, so just feel free to accept or just ignore it, cause it can be different from everyone perspective. So let's we begin, If you followed my blog for quite a while, some of you maybe had been noticed in what Organization I'm active the most.
So from there I can make a resume, of what I really get from that's organization, but I'll not tell you so, let's we started from the first.
1.Getting More Friend

Absolutely, if you jumped into the organization, first of all you will meet a lot of new friend. They will come from the different background, and you have to cooperate with all of them to achieve/accomplished the vision and mission of your organization. More friend more connection.
2. Know how to Interact with other

Cooperation not just merely working something on together, but we really have to know how to Interact with other better. Because not everyone have share the same vision and mission, also everybody have their own point of view, so by getting on an organization, you will learn, how to interact with so many different personality person, and every single of them need a different way of approaching.
3. Get More Knowledge

When you interact with other, there will be a communication between you and anybody else, and that's was a action-reaction of some argument or condition or information. So just being getting into a meeting you will gain new knowledge just by learn and share, because everybody have their own experience, some of them maybe advance on something and also they lack of something, then just being having conversation with that's different kind of person, you can gain a lot of new knowledge. Such as me who never really like politics but still when I'm in conversation with my friend who really like about it, I can gain something from him, and there are still many more kind of knowledge I gain from here.
4. Get a new family

From my experienced, I know it's not like everyone in the organization will have stronger bound of friendship, because some of them have their own objective to be in an organization, but for me, because we had been through the same experience, the same sadness, the same happiness, share the same tears, and blood. We have begun to feel each others like a family. Have a group of person that you can trust the most beside your own blood related family, a new family that caring for each other, look after another. It's because of that organization until now we still together, share a new dream, and face the future together.

5. Know How To Manage

When we talk about manage, it's not about time management only. Of course we know the biggest problem of every college student is how to manage their time between organization and study. Yup, time management has the biggest role here, but did you know just being join up in an organization, it's not just merely about time that's we have to manage. We still need to do a man management, money management, and emotional management. In the organization time has a vital point for almost everything, but just than we didn't realize about all management we need to do, so sometime we realized it later when we already become a successor of an organization. Man management also something that's we have to watch carefully, because as a part of organization we need to regeneration our staff, because of the life span of an organization in college is too short. We need to think how we can achieve our goal with different kind of manpower every years, so we need a good learn how to man managing. Money also has their point in here, because without money we can never do our thing, so we really need to learn well how to managing our organization money. Emotional managing are something that we learn by practical, because every organization have their own problem, so we need to learn how to control the atmosphere around of the organization when the tempered boiled up or the gas run low.
6. Get A Relationship and Sometime It Ended Up with Marriage
It was a bonus actually, because I never really experiencing one, but in reality I know a lot of friend of mine getting one, and some of them were last till marriage. It's not strange, because of time of boys and girls spend together in every organization event, they will start to know each other. It's normal to know that we get attracted to someone, but sometime we need to be professional of relationship that we had, don't mixed up your relationship problems with organization cause.
